Program name: Casventa lead match alerts, run by Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage. We text people who asked us for help selling or buying a home on leadmatch.casventa.com and ticked our separate, optional “Text me updates” box, and licensed real estate agents in our referral network who turned on text alerts in their agent portal. We never buy, rent, or share phone lists.

Every request form on our site (home estimate, home budget, /sell, /buy) shows a separate checkbox for text messages next to the phone number the consumer types. It is unchecked by default, it is optional, and the form submits whether or not it is ticked. It is separate from our Terms of Service and from the consent to receive phone calls, and that call consent does not mention or permit texts. We send texts only to numbers whose owner ticked this box. People who leave it unticked, or who only speak with us by phone, never get texts from us. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service; you can call Sam at (717) 790-6085 instead. We keep a record of the exact words shown, the time, and the device. Agents opt in by switching on “text messages” (off by default) in their portal notification settings.

To consumers: a follow-up when our assistant could not reach you by phone, help scheduling a call, and the name of the licensed agent matched to your request. To agents: new-lead alerts for their county and requests for deal status updates. Texts may be in English or Spanish. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP (or ALTO) at any time to cancel; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we stop calling and texting that number.
